Discreet Packaging
We ship all orders in one of the following discreet ways:
1. A plain, unmarked box (USPS Priority) with no logos or descriptive wording on the outside.
2. A plain envelope with a generic logo and no branding or identifiable information.
Shipping label:
Shipping labels are addressed from "UC Customer Service," and will not mention The JoyBloom or any related products. Your name will appear as specified in the shipping details at checkout.
Billing:
For privacy, charges on your billing statement will appear as "UC Customer Service." By law, there will be a customer service phone number listed, which directs you to our dedicated The JoyBloom support team.
Shipping locations:
We can ship to PO Boxes, UPS Stores, FedEx locations, or any other address that accepts packages for pickup.
International shipping:
For international customers, customs documentation will list "UC Fulfillment," and the package will never reference The JoyBloom or any specific product names or details.
